“Baby, in our wildest moments, you can be the greatest” - when Jessie Ware sings this I feel like she sings it directly to me. Like as if we are in love. Some kind of desperate, hopeless love; the kind where we know it could be something so pure, perfect and destined but just can’t seem to make it work. Which is sad, but somehow something very beautiful too.

The video for Wildest Moments is basically just Jessie Ware singing the song whilst spinning around and being her gorgeous self. No cinematic piece where she and a boy argue, then end up waking up next to each other, have a beautiful day and have another dramatic break up in the middle of the streets. Then again, Jessie Ware doesn’t need this. The song and its lyrics speak for themselves - sometimes the simplest things are the most beautiful.

I should also mention how great her voice is. As bright as a star. I suspected it was pretty damn awesome, but this rendition of Wildest Moments for Black Cab Sessions definitely confirms that suspicion.
