Pale is the most recent (as in “one hour old”) exciting new act to emerge from the depths of London - we’ve lost count, but we can probably blame the quality of debut track Too Much for that. The first seconds of Too Much hint at a very electronic project, yet as the song evolves (and in particular when the vocals bounce in) it becomes an electro pop gem. Add this to the list of post-Hot Chip artists, a list that also features DFA heartthrob Dan Bodan.
