Chlöe Howl follows up her excellent debut single No Strings with the wobbly new jam Rumour - the red-haired babe is destined to become quite the star if she keeps up this level. It’s fun, it’s quirky, it’s dance’able, the lyrics are fun (see that girl, she’s looking great / she used to be over weight) - that’s the ingredients for great pop song right there.
