Miike Snow recruited one of my favorite Swedish songstresses Lykke Li to do a verse on Black Tin Box, another song taken from their forthcoming Happy To You.

Lykke Li shared proper recordings of those acoustic Lost Sessions we’ve seen  - it’s just Volume 1, so I figure/hope there’s more to come. Stream and/or download the performances below.

Lykke Li shared a(nother) lost acoustic session from the vaults: Youth Knows No Pain.

Lykke Li’s cover of The Righteous Brothers’ Unchained Melody, recorded live at triple j, is as gorgeous as the woman herself. Very very very gorgeous, that is.

Lykke Li re-takes her own Hanging High - taken from the songstress’ Youth Novels - for her iTunes Session. Still as gorgeous as it was. Get that and some live interpretations of Wounded Rhymes cuts and her cover of The Big Pink’s Velvet (which we have heard before but is still very loveable).
